Customer Service Team Member

An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality service to our valued customers.

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the link between our expert technicians, parts department, and our customers and will be pivotal in providing a satisfying experience while at our dealership.

 This position will be well suited to: 

-          Someone who has excellent customer service skills and is well-presented. 

-          Someone who has a “can-do” attitude and excellent computer skills. 

 

Some responsibilities may include: 

-          Greet customers warmly and professionally.

-          Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department. 

-          Schedule service appointments, order parts and communicate with customers regarding their service and parts progress.

-          Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment

-          File repair orders and after-service correspondence. 

-          Collaborate with technicians and the parts department to ensure a smooth experience for customers.

-          Liaising with trade customers and delivering products. 

We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow.

A full valid Australian driver’s licence is required for this position.

Business, Finance, and Insurance Manager.

An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for a Business, Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership, you will be responsible for providing guidance to all customers for their finance and insurance needs and exceptional customer service during their purchase experience.

Key responsibilities:

·         Consult with all customers and attempt to sell them finance and/or insurance from the Dealership’s own supplier.

·         Obtain approval from the Finance Company on all finance deals.

·         Approve all deliveries.

·         Collect and receipt all monies from the sale of vehicles as well as amounts from Finance Companies.

·         Assist New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations where necessary.

 Previous experience with a supplier of automotive finance in the roles of field operations and financial management is essential.

Valuable skills and attributes include: 

·         Excellent people and communication skills. 

·         High standards of professionalism and personal presentation. 

·         Professional people management skills.

·         Up to date knowledge of insurance industry.

·         Proven administration and negotiation skills.

Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant

An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for an Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant to join our team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership, you will be responsible for providing guidance and exceptional customer service to our clients in their post-purchase experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the New & Used Car sales team and their customers to offer and sell them Aftermarket products and services.
  • Assist customers in identifying their Aftermarket needs to add value to their vehicle.
  • Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure Aftermarket products are to a high standard.
  • Act as a second point of contact for customers when the sales team are occupied.

Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field (sales or customer service) would be advantageous, but not essential.

Valuable skills and attributes include: 

·       Excellent people and communication skills. 

·       High standards of professionalism and personal presentation. 

·       Confident computer skills.
