Salesperson
An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for an experienced Salesperson to join our team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership you will play a vital role in providing top quality service to our valued customers.
As a Salesperson, you will assist our customers in their purchase journey and provide an exceptional experience while at our dealership.
Applicants with experience in retail, sales and or hospitality will be highly regarded.
The right candidate must be able to:
- Possess excellent customer service skills and be well presented.
- Be reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Have a “can-do” attitude and excellent computer skills.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Work autonomously or in a team environment.
- Meet sales targets.
- Have a full valid Australian driver’s licence.

Some responsibilities may include:

Assistant Parts Manager

Parts Interpreter and Warehouse Manager/Assistant Parts Interpreter
An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for an honest, well organised, and motivated person to join our growing team.
We have two full-time positions available at our dealership for a Parts Interpreter and a Warehouse Manager/Assistant Parts Interpreter.
What you offer:
- You work well as part of a team and in a professional manner.
- You are computer literate.
- A strong attention to detail
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling internal and external parts inquiries
- Identifying parts and components
- Ordering parts
- Invoice preparation
- Stock control
These positions are full-time with on-site training provided. Any mechanical or sales experience will be highly regarded.
A junior applicant, apprenticeship or traineeship will be considered for the Warehouse Manager/Assistant Parts Interpreter position.

Vehicle Detailer
Callaghan Motors Group is seeking the immediate services of a Vehicle Detailer to join our growing team. As a family-run and operated business for 90 years, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and vehicles, and we need someone to help us continue this culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-
- Detailing vehicles on arrival in preparation for yard display, both interior and exteriors to a quality finish using buffers, polishes, hoses, vacuuming, and other equipment as necessary.
- Preparing sold vehicles for delivery.
- Ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard for delivery
- Recording vehicle damage
You'll have:

Customer Service Team Member
An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality service to our valued customers.
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the link between our expert technicians, parts department, and our customers and will be pivotal in providing a satisfying experience while at our dealership.
This position will be well suited to:
- Someone who has excellent customer service skills and is well-presented.
- Someone who has a “can-do” attitude and excellent computer skills.
Some responsibilities may include:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
- Schedule service appointments, order parts and communicate with customers regarding their service and parts progress.
- Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
- File repair orders and after-service correspondence.
- Collaborate with technicians and the parts department to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
- Liaising with trade customers and delivering products.
We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow.
A full valid Australian driver’s licence is required for this position.
